Test Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team in the Banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT QA and functional testing, with a focus on banking projects and peripheral testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects.
• Peripheral testing experience is essential.
• Solid knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.
• Familiarity with SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.), metrics, automated testing frameworks, and industry testing standards.
• Experience in defining goals and measurement plans for software process performance in line with business objectives.
• Strong experience in compiling and interpreting reports.
• Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Proficiency in Client ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools (such as Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools).
• Must have worked in the Banking or Financial domain.
• Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing efforts for banking projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to define testing strategies and objectives.
• Compile and interpret testing reports to provide insights and recommendations.
