As a Data Engineering Manager, you will design and build data infrastructure and systems that facilitate efficient data processing and analysis. You will have the responsibility to develop and implement data pipelines, manage data integration, and deliver data transformation solutions.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data architecture strategies tailored for current and future business needs. You will develop data models, ensure compliance with data governance policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities include:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, or related fields.
• 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Cloud Platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience in designing comprehensive data architecture strategies.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (Python, Java, Scala).
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Understanding of data governance and security practices.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with data integration solutions using various cloud services.
