Title : Azure Cloud Architect

Location : Ann-Arbor MI (onsite)

Core Responsibilities:

Program Leadership : Lead end-to-end development, planning, and execution of large-scale technical programs within Azure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Software/Hardware Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Product groups to align goals and drive solutions.
Strategy & Roadmap : Define technical strategy, create roadmaps, and set vision for Azure features, platforms, or infrastructure growth (e.g., AI, Storage, Capacity).
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, proposing data-driven solutions and mitigations.
Execution & Delivery: Manage project schedules, define success criteria, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, strategies, and results to leadership and key partners.
Process Improvement: Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Focus Areas:

Strong background in software/hardware engineering with deep understanding of cloud tech.
Ability to handle ambiguity and drive results with autonomy.
Expertise in areas like AI/ML, Data Centers, Storage Platforms, or Compliance.
Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and performance metrics.
