KPMG is looking for a motivated Senior Associate or Manager to bolster our Advisory Digital team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise across the Fed Cloud environment, focusing on monitoring, security, and incident management.
- Assist in understanding and achieving our process and automation objectives while providing training to team members as needed.
- Act as the escalation point for the engineering and operations team.
- Ensure adherence to incident, change, and problem management procedures, in alignment with ITIL standards.
- Communicate and manage vendor-related technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with federal operational requirements, documentation standards, and audit expectations.
- Uphold KPMG’s standards of integrity and professionalism, promoting a respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of recent, relevant experience managing public cloud infrastructure on Azure.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, experience with GitHub, Tableau, CI/CD Deployments, Azure DevOps, Azure Services/Infrastructure, and both Linux and Windows administration, as well as familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS deployments.
- In-depth knowledge of the ITIL/ITSM framework; experience with ServiceNow and O365 Admin Center is a plus.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills to identify root causes, maintaining composure during severity events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical skills and independent judgment; ability to mentor less experienced team members and foster a customer service driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this role.
