Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain databases.

• Install database management systems and develop standard maintenance procedures.

• Act as a subject matter expert and work independently.

• Contribute to team discussions and provide effective solutions to work-related challenges.

• Exhibit expert proficiency in PL/SQL.

• Possess intermediate knowledge of Database Management, Database Activity Monitoring, and advanced skills in Triggers & Stored Procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance of databases.

• Monitor performance and implement necessary optimizations.

• Maintain documentation for database configurations and procedures.

• Resolve database-related issues efficiently and effectively.

This position requires working on-site 60% of the time (3 days a week) and allows for remote work 40% of the time (2 days a week). Additionally, 5 days of Time Away are mandated each calendar quarter.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of end-to-end experience in Data Modeling, Database Design, SQL Development, and Data Quality Governance.

• High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree.

• Experience as a Database Administrator, SQL Query skills, and familiarity with Agile Project Management.

Compensation at Accenture is competitive and varies based on several factors, including office location, role, and level of experience. We anticipate this job posting to be active until 03/25/26.
