As a USAN Architect, you will design scalable, secure, and innovative CCaaS solutions using Amazon Connect, Lex, and USAN's SaaS accelerators. You'll lead technical discovery, create solution architectures, and support pre-sales engagements to drive customer success in contact center transformations.

Lead technical discovery sessions, POCs, workshops, and solution presentations
Architect omnichannel contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, and USAN toolkits
Create technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution demos
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs
Guide customers through best-practice architectures and implementation roadmaps
Maintain technical documentation and reference architectures
Provide feedback to product teams for roadmap improvements

Skills

8 -10 years in CCaaS solution architecture, preferably with Amazon Connect
Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, WFM, Dialer, and customer engagement platforms
Experience with AWS services, especially Lambda, S3, CloudFormation
Familiarity with AI/ML integrations (Lex, Polly, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead customer engagements and influence technical decisions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Experience in USAN migration
