You'll create, refine, and validate CNC programs while owning the process that brings advanced medical-device parts to life.

What You'll Do

• Develop high-performance CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam preferred) for multi-axis machining.

• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.

• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors and automated controls.

• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.

• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.

• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.

• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure proper functionality and coolant levels.

• Complete all documents associated with production.

• Prevent damage, through carelessness, to the equipment or process used in the performance of the job.

• Follow ISO 13485 quality management system procedures.

Essential Technical Skills

• Strong CNC programming experience with advanced Mastercam proficiency.

• Hands-on expertise with multi-axis machining, toolpath creation, and machine setup.

• Ability to engineer solutions within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collierville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
