As a CNC Programmer and Operator, you will be a key player in our Machine Shop, utilizing your expertise to develop work instructions and machine programs based on customer-specific drawings and CAD files. You will collaborate closely with machine operators and the Manufacturing Manager to ensure exceptional accuracy and efficiency in producing parts that exceed customer expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MasterCAM Software
• Experience with Integrex Operation & Programming
• CNC 5th Axis Operation & Programming capability
• CNC Mill and Lathe Operation & Programming experience
• Manual Equipment Operation knowledge
• Skilled in using mics, gauges, calipers, etc.
• Understanding of GD&T principles
• Competence in SolidWorks or 3D CAD
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance

• Ability to produce precision products that meet customer tolerances from setup to completion
• Experience in 5th-axis machining and programming
• Support machine shop operations as needed
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be US Citizens.

Ability to Work Remotely: This is an onsite, full-time position at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin offers various flexible work schedules. Employees can work a standard 40-hour week or opt for a condensed schedule that grants additional time off beyond standard benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 with every other Friday off
