Position Summary
The Software Engineer III will lead the delivery of scoped features and services through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing test automation to validate high-quality solutions. The engineer will drive continuous improvement, conduct code reviews, and support operational excellence through proactive monitoring and debugging. About the Team
The team develops the UI/UX of the TV platform, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. As a Software Engineer III, you will help shape the technology roadmap and contribute to delivering value and quality at scale. The team applies expertise in software development, solution design, and testing to build reliable products that meet business and technical requirements, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery of features and components through collaboration with engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives.
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software quality.
- Participate in root cause and test escape analysis to reduce future defects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor application performance, support CI/CD pipelines, and drive continuous improvement in software delivery and reliability.
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote engineering excellence within the team.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, including consumer electronics experience.
- 2+ years of experience with modern UI/UX frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, or Svelte.
- Proven ability to deliver test automation solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience with code reviews, debugging, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and generative AI tools to enhance code quality.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with embedded software systems is a plus.
- Experience with OOP and proficiency in languages such as Python or C++ is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock awards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering; OR
- 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area.
- Experience implementing WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and inclusive digital practices.
