As a Lead Applied Scientist, you will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying high-quality AI models and solutions at scale. Responsibilities

• Conduct pioneering research in image and video generation techniques, exploring diffusion models, flow-based models, generative adversarial networks (GANs), and more.
• Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art image generation models of the highest quality.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of scientists and engineers to achieve outstanding results.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced video generation capabilities into diverse applications and products.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in image generation while remaining ahead of emerging technologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in video generation to drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning (4+ years of relevant experience preferred), or a Master's/Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of applicable experience.
• A strong publication record as a lead author or reviewer in reputable journals or conferences.
• Extensive expertise in image generation, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Proven success in leading research and development initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and architectures.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and effective communication abilities.
