Software Engineer - Empower LOS

Position Overview

As a Software Engineer within PNC's Home Lending organization, you will be based in Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Miamisburg, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA.

Candidates should have experience in the following areas:

• Empower LOS Configuration & Document Management

Configure and maintain documents within the Empower LOS, ensuring accurate setup, low-code updates, and alignment with Origination workflows.

Partner with DocuTech and other vendors to manage loan documentation, orchestration logic, and ongoing system configuration needs.

• Data Handling & SQL Development

Develop SQL queries and data logic supporting loan origination workflows, system reporting, and document requirements.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $121,900.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
