Your Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed technical sessions to identify nuanced AI requirements, translating them into actionable execution plans with defined success metrics.
- Establish AI governance frameworks to address ethical considerations, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement strong security measures in solution design.
- Utilize advanced methodologies in AI, including computer vision and Generative AI/Natural Language Processing, to drive tangible improvements in client operations.
- Convert complex analytical insights into actionable strategies for C-suite stakeholders, using advanced data visualization techniques.
- Foster the growth of AI Engineers and Data Scientists, promoting best practices in software engineering, algorithm optimization, and systems integration.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and methodologies, ensuring our service offerings remain competitive.
- Act as a technical authority on data architecture, championing modern data technologies for handling high-volume, fast-paced data ecosystems.
- Execute AI projects meticulously, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance strategic solution architecture.
- Encourage a culture of technical excellence and team collaboration within AI project teams.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
General and Technical Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in industry or technology consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of AI fields, including machine learning, deep learning, Natural Language Processing, and computer vision.
- Capability to design end-to-end AI solutions encompassing data collection, processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Exceptional skills in advanced Python programming for AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with stable and evolving AI frameworks and design patterns.
- Demonstrated history of deploying AI models in production environments.
- Proven leadership in guiding teams through the design, testing, deployment, and refinement of AI models, incorporating MLOps and AIOps practices.
- Practical understanding of AI governance principles and implementation within AI pipelines.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet client requirements.
Industry Experience
- Extensive background in the telecommunications sector, with a firm grasp of industry trends.
- Experience with the Telecom customer lifecycle, including marketing, acquisition, onboarding, billing, and customer care.
- Familiarity with Telecom network management, including installation, maintenance, repairs, data collection, and network optimization.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, churn prediction, and recommendation systems specific to media and telecommunications.
- Understanding of revenue assurance, data, systems, and processes.
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations pertinent to the TMT sector.
- Experience with OSS/BSS systems, including implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and support.
- Familiarity with telecommunications protocols, such as 5G and LTE, and their implications for data science.
- Demonstrated skill in designing and implementing machine learning solutions to enhance network performance and customer experience.
- Experience in analyzing large datasets from telecommunications networks, including call detail records and performance metrics.
Education
- Required: BS in STEM with a strong focus on AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or ML.
- Preferred: MS in AI, Data Science, or ML.

- We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where your performance is rewarded and your contributions recognized. The base salary range for this position across all US locations is $144,000 to $329,100, with New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) ranges between $172,800 to $374,000. Individual salaries are determined based on several factors, including education, experience, skills, and geographical considerations.
