• Project experience with the needed technologies.

• Strong motivation, eagerness to learn, and curiosity about technology.

• Experience in Java programming and understanding the software development life cycle.

• Knowledge of Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Clients require relevant skills and experience on real-world projects, even for junior or entry-level positions. Hands-on project work at client sites and additional skills are key to being selected.
