Team Overview

As a key member of the Oracle Applied AI team, you will engage in groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of AI technology. Your contributions will play a crucial role in developing scalable and efficient AI solutions tailored for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement STOA LLM, RAG, and agent evaluation solutions, integrating them with Oracle GenAI products.
• Create algorithms using Reinforcement Learning, Adversarial Generation, and other data augmentation techniques for automated evaluation.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications leveraging advanced Machine Learning and Agentic Workflows.
• Implement RAG architectures and AI Agents to enhance intelligent automation and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with Oracle Vector Database and other innovative retrieval systems to optimize AI performance.
• Refine ML models and AI workflows for real-world applications, with a strong focus on efficiency and reliability in production environments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of AI solutions into a variety of products and services at scale.
• Share insights and findings with both internal and external technical communities.

Candidate Profile

• At least 12 years of experience in a related role.
• Master's degree in computer science, statistics, or machine learning; Ph.D. in AI/ML or statistics preferred.
• Proven track record of productionizing AI/ML systems and navigating the AI/ML model development lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Machine Learning/AI, statistics, and algorithms.
• Expertise in large-scale distributed or high-performance systems.
• Deep knowledge of Agentic Workflows, AI Agents, or RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Crew.ai, Langchain, or comparable AI development frameworks is advantageous.
• Familiarity with vector databases, especially Oracle Vector Database, is a plus.
• Experience deploying AI applications/services on hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI is highly regarded.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a talent for translating concepts into AI-powered solutions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Experience building innovative 0-1 products is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with relevant ML/AI libraries.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role in the US is from $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. Eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package.
