AWS DevOps Engineer

AWS DevOps Engineer to provide L1 support for AWS DevOps operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in AWS services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise:
o 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture and services.
o Strong proficiency in Terraform (modules, workspaces, remote state, etc.).
o Experience with CI/CD tools and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).
• Programming & Scripting:
o Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• DevOps & Automation:
o Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and automation frameworks.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
o bility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• WS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
• Experience with Ansible, Packer, or Terraform Cloud/Enterprise.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Cloud Architecture & Management:
o Manage VPCs, EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and other AWS services.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development:
o Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
o utomate deployments for applications and infrastructure.
• Monitoring & Logging:
o Implement monitoring solutions using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
o Ensure robust logging and alerting for system health and performance.
• Security & Compliance:
o Enforce security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance standards.
o Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
o Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices.
