Job Role: Automation QA Lead
Job Location: Oakland, CA(Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $100000 to $140000/Annum
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in test automation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with enterprise level experience including support for large number of applications.
• Knowledgeable on tools like Tosca, Selenium, UFT.
• Expertise in creating & maintaining automation frameworks and scripts
• Hands on experience setting up Jenkins pipelines and other CICD processes
• bility to multi-task effectively and test early, often and leveraging automation & DevOps implementation
• Manage test data needs using TDM and automation
• Prepare of test plan, test data, test cases, traceability and collaborate with members for test executions
• Exposure to Accessibility Testing & Robotic Process Automation
• bility to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Experience in a Utility Company is an asset
• bility to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• bility to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design the automation strategy
• nalyze industry trends to understand the latest automation Technologies
• Strategize and create Automation suites
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• ct as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
o Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and closed loop marketing (CLM)
