The Office of the CSO team is seeking a highly talented Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to spearhead strategic cybersecurity and business initiatives across Oracle/OCI. In this essential role, you will be a key member of the program management team, providing comprehensive business operations and program management services to enhance cybersecurity efforts company-wide.

This high-visibility role will significantly influence Oracle's Security and Compliance initiatives, promoting growth and efficiency to strengthen the company's security posture. The position demands a high degree of personal accountability and independence, along with effective collaboration with cross-organizational teams to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Drive multiple large-scale global cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategies and optimal resource utilization.
• Outcome-Focused Metrics & Performance Management: Develop and refine key metrics and KPIs to assess program effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Transformation & Optimization: Design and implement scalable business processes leveraging automation to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Business Operations Stewardship: Lead critical operations including workforce planning and capacity management while preparing executive reports on performance metrics.
• Advanced Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze complex datasets and make data-driven recommendations.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong relationships with executive stakeholders to align cybersecurity priorities with organizational goals.
• Cross-Functional Influence & Communication: Facilitate clear communication across diverse teams, ensuring timely updates on program progress.
• Executive-Level Reporting & Presentations: Create impactful reports and presentations tailored for executive audiences with strategic insights and recommendations.
• Strategic Planning & Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of complex security programs balancing strategic vision with tactical needs.
• Enterprise Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and resolve program-level risks and issues impacting cybersecurity objectives.
• Continuous Improvement & Organizational Agility: Promote an agile mindset and refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Security Program Oversight & Governance: Ensure alignment across security workstreams with organizational objectives and regulations.
• Creative Problem Solving & Thought Leadership: Develop innovative solutions to complex challenges in the security domain using data-driven methodologies.
• AI & Emerging Technology Enablement: Lead initiatives that integrate AI and emerging technologies to enhance security operations.

Qualifications

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to account for individual differences in skills and experience. The hiring range for this role is $109,200 to $223,400 per annum, with potential for bonuses and equity.
