Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Services or management consulting with a focus on Records Management
Bachelor's degree required
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
Proven experience working with and presenting to senior management
Proficient in using software tools such as Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project
Detail-oriented with a rigorous, self-disciplined approach
Ability to build strong and reliable business relationships
Self-starter with a willingness to learn new topics and regulations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Good knowledge of capital markets and banking activities, including financial products and workflows
Understanding of banking organization structure
Maintain a strong external network of peer firms and subject matter experts
Develop a strong internal network across businesses and control functions
Ability to influence others and achieve objectives with limited supervision

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Guide stakeholders in adhering to regulatory and enterprise standards
Provide governance to Swap Trade Reconstruction process
Stay updated with relevant regulatory changes and developments
Communicate regulatory information locally and globally
Streamline processes for the distribution, retrieval, and storage of records
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Business Units to manage Records Management policy requirements
Drive transformation of records management processes
Develop and deliver presentations to senior management on best practices
Operate in a complex environment, managing multiple initiatives
