Sr Business Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst Contractor that has EDI experience (preferably in Order to Cash) that will have the responsibility for eliciting requirement needs, performing detailed analysis and documentation, modeling processes, data mapping, evaluating impacts, prioritizing requests, and partnering with the project teams to ensure the successful delivery of an EDI implementation project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Eliciting and documenting 3rd party to SAP via EDI to enable GAF to receive/send EDI data with our customers. EDI documents include: inbound Customer Purchase Order (850), outbound Customer Purchase Order Acknowledgement (855), outbound Advance Shipment Notifications (856), outbound Customer Invoices (810), and inbound Remittance Advice (820).
• Understanding old and new conversion data (e.g., Master Data: Customers, Products, Cross References (e.g., Store Cross Reference, Item Cross Reference) is a plus.
• Collaborating with the project stakeholders to analyze the: needs, processes, and data mapping requirements to be developed by the technical team.
• Facilitate User Acceptance testing to ensure the software has been implemented based on the specifications.
• Responsible for completing assignments with the ability to work on 1-3 projects.

• Modeling experience (e.g., process/data flows, use cases, swim lane diagrams, AS-IS / TO-BE diagrams, mock-ups/wireframes)
• Experience in EDI (X12 and IDoc file formats)
• Order to Cash (OTC) and Make to Deliver (MTD) is a plus
• Experience in Jira is a plus
• SAP is a plus
• SAP IDoc is a plus
• Experience in Manufacturing is a plus
• Tableau Reporting is a plus

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors.
• 10+ years of IT experience; preferably in enterprise Business-to-Business durableable
• goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing.
• 10+ years' experience in systems/data analysis with a proven record of successful large
• scale project implementations
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.
