Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join the team. Software Engineering Manager, Infrastructure Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, or PhD with 4+ years of experience, including hands-on technical management.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations, including performance management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on technical management experience building large-scale distributed systems.

Compensation

$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
