Senior Analyst, Financial Systems - Reporting & Analysis

As part of Aetna Controllership, this position is responsible for financial systems reporting and controls focusing on system continuity, automation, support tools, strong internal controls, project management and audit support.

• 3-5 years in finance or related experience
• Experience with Oracle E Business Suite or similar ERP accounting systems
• Proven experience with automation tools (i.e. Alteryx, Dataiku, Tableau)
• Experience implementing financial infrastructure including design, development and maintenance of controls
• Project management experience

• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation
• Proven experience in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to work across teams or independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Growth mindset with focus on finding process improvements and implementing efficiencies

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
