Lead Security Consultant for Oracle Cloud

Our Platform Security team excels in crafting secure solutions that safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of crucial enterprise applications. We are looking for a talented Security Manager with profound expertise in Oracle Cloud security to spearhead our initiatives in safeguarding essential applications like ERP, HCM, and CX. In this role, you will:

• Devise and implement robust security strategies specifically designed for Oracle Cloud environments.
• Foster and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Carefully plan engagements to ensure that deliverables align with client expectations and contractual commitments.
• Implement and optimize security settings and access controls, particularly during cloud migrations or setups.
• Continuously monitor and adjust security configurations in line with Oracle's evolving offerings.
• Establish and manage access controls, configuration measures, and transaction oversight utilizing Risk Management Cloud.
• Oversee internal controls within Oracle Cloud systems to uphold data integrity and compliance.
• Produce detailed reports and contribute to client presentations.
• Identify and pursue additional services to address client needs proactively.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud security design, implementation, and assessment.
• Experience across various Oracle Cloud application product suites.
• Strong background in product implementations and configurations related to Oracle Cloud.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (minimum of 12 years without a degree).

Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Security certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) and/or Oracle Cloud-related certifications.
• Thorough experience in business process risk and control design.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to new technologies.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
