Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee software engineering projects to ensure successful implementation.
- Innovate processes that promote operational excellence and efficiency.
- Engage with clients at senior levels to drive project success and satisfaction.
- Mentorship of junior team members to foster their growth and enhance skills.
- Direct the development of large-scale distributed data processing systems.
- Utilize specialized knowledge to produce high-quality results.
- Motivate and empower your teams to solve complex issues effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in technology-related roles.
- In lieu of a degree, candidates must demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience for each missing year of college.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a related discipline such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cloud Digital Leader, Generative AI Leader, or equivalent certifications.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java 8 or Python development.
- Expertise in Microservices REST API, Event Driven Design, and container orchestration tools.
- Experience with technologies like Kafka and Apache NiFi.
- Strong database design and manipulation skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop domain specialists.
- Proficiency in solving complex technical problems.

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000 based on qualifications, experience, and location. All hired individuals will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and retirement plans.
