Responsible for the analysis, development, modification, installation, testing and maintenance of operating systems software.

Evaluate vendor supplied software packages and makes recommendations to IT management.

Manages Oracle and MS SQL server environments.

Provide systems administration of Microsoft servers.

Analyze system logs, identify potential issues with production application and able to handle war room situation.

Perform IBM FileNet performance tuning and work with IBM customer support to troubleshoot production issues.

Create workflows using Oracle in Azure.

Administration of FileNet P8, Content Management, and PE.

Manage OpenText RightFax environment for receiving faxes.

Manage QAS environment for address validation and troubleshoot production issues.

Support Central document intake users by troubleshooting imaging software (i.e.: DataCap, etc.) issues.

Monitor application interfaces and troubleshoot Globalscape issues.

Provide support to UC4 users and troubleshoot batch failure issues.

Upgrade Brava client and provide support to Brava users.

Monitor Blazon servers and work with support to resolve production issues.

Manage session ScaleOut server cluster software.

Provide support to production HP suite environment (HP Diagnostics, ALM, Sitescope, Performance center and BSM).

Manage SAP Suite like Business Web Intelligence environment, Business Objects Data Services Professional and SAP Business Objects Enterprise Premium.

Monitor Antivirus infrastructure and schedule periodic server security software updates.

Setup virtual servers, pools, nodes and troubleshoot production issues.

Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.

Work in a team environment.

Manage multiple tasks and small projects as well as service requests and incident resolution.

Plan and manage the Server and Storage Virtualization, setup /configure servers, create storage pools, and manage Azure storage options.

Hands-on development and release experience in Application Build Management /DevOps using TFS and Azure Devops.

Automate our operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.

Provide support for deployment and post go-live.

Install and prepare technical documentation for system and software applications.

Update, develop, execute disaster recovery procedures.

Provide 24/7 on-call support including weekend on-call support.

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or other related field.

Two – Five (2-5) years of programming/systems analysis experience.

Knowledge of Operating systems (Microsoft and Linux).

Knowledge of Azure Administration.

Relational database experience with Oracle, or SQL Server.

Understanding of N-Tier Architecture.

Experience with large infrastructure systems.

Understanding of Agile Development Methodology.

Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or later.

Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of Release Management.

SAP Crystal Reports.

Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).

Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (web services).

IBM FileNet 5.2 or later.

Experience with TFS and Azure Devops.

Experience with Azure repos (GIT, TFSVC).

Understanding of CI/CD pipeline.

Understanding and experience with building and deploying enterprise applications.

Experience with windows scripting programming languages (Powershell, Batch, Azure CLI).
