Strong understanding of IVR| ACD| CTI| CRM| and omnichannel platforms (e.g.| Five9| Amazon Connect| Genesys| Avaya| Cisco| Amazon Connect).Experience with test management tools (e.g.| TestRail| Zephyr) and bug tracking tools (e.g.| Jira).Familiarity with SIP| VoIP| and call routing concepts.
Excellent analytical| problem-solving| and communication skills.
Ability to work in agile scrum environments.
