KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate or Manager to join our Advisory Digital team.
Responsibilities:- Utilize skills across Fed Cloud environment including Monitoring, Security, and Incident Management
- Understand our process and automation goals and help train the team where needed
- Serve as the point of escalation for the engineering/operations team
- Ensure all team members follow incident, change, and problem management procedures (ITIL-aligned)
- Escalate vendor-related technical issues and manage vendor communication where needed
- Ensure compliance with Federal operational requirements, documentation, and audit expectations
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum three years of recent and relevant experience in managing public cloud Infrastructure on Azure
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; highschool diploma or GED required
- Strong working knowledge of Cloud networking concepts, including the management and troubleshooting of GitHub, Tableau, CI/CD Deployments, Azure DevOps, Azure Services/Infrastructure, Linux/Windows Administration, Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS deployments
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM Framework; ServiceNow and O365 Admin Center experience preferred
- Ability to apply critical thinking and structured problem solving to address root causes; be able to remain calm during severity events, and disciplined process adherence
- Strong verbal/written communication, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members; must possess consistency, documentation and communication skills

California Salary Range: $82200 - $168200
