What You'll Do
- Develop innovative solutions utilizing STOA LLM, RAG, and agent evaluation methods, integrating them with Oracle GenAI products.
- Create algorithms employing Reinforcement Learning, Adversarial Generation, and other data augmentation technologies for automated evaluation.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications leveraging advanced Machine Learning techniques and Agentic Workflows.
- Establish Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI Agents to enhance intelligent automation and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with Oracle Vector Database and other advanced retrieval systems to maximize AI performance.
- Optimize machine learning models and AI workflows to ensure high efficiency and reliability in production settings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into various products and services.
- Engage with both internal and external technical communities to share findings and innovations.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 12 years of experience in a relevant field.
- A Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, or machine learning; a Ph.D. in AI/ML or statistics is preferred.
- Proven experience in deploying AI/ML systems and navigating the AI/ML model development lifecycle.
- Strong skills in Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, and Algorithms.
- Expertise in large-scale distributed or high-performance systems.
- Deep knowledge of Agentic Workflows, AI Agents, or RAG architectures.
- Experience with Crew.ai, Langchain, or similar AI development frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with vector databases, particularly Oracle Vector Database, is advantageous.
- Preferred experience in deploying AI applications/services across major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a track record of developing AI-powered solutions from inception to deployment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
- Experience in bringing 0-1 products to fruition is highly favored.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with relevant ML/AI libraries.

This role is based in Redwood City, CA. Certain customer or client-facing roles may require compliance with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Range and Benefits: The salary range for this position is between $96,800 to $251,600 per annum, with eligibility for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
