We seek talented individuals with experience working with mid-market companies across all business facets to drive large-scale innovations.

Your role will involve:

• Designing, developing, and managing end-to-end, human-centric AI systems across various components.
• Integrating AI/ML/NLP technologies into workflows tailored to address customer challenges.
• Implementing AI behaviors with a focus on human-centered design principles.
• Supporting Mid-market sales by collaborating with the sales team to craft advanced solutions.
• Participating in discovery sessions to comprehend customer objectives and requirements.
• Leading technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase our solutions.
• Contributing to the design of technical solutions and providing input for proposals and contracts.
• Offering guidance on industry use cases, best practices, and pre-delivery considerations.
• Developing scalable APIs ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Collaborating across teams to deliver integrated technical and customer-oriented outcomes.

This role may involve travel, ranging from 0-100%, depending on client needs.

What You'll Need:

• At least 10 years of experience in software or platform development, or applied AI systems.
• A minimum of 7 years specializing in technical discovery, solution design, and delivering demonstrations or proof-of-concepts.
• Extensive experience in computer science fundamentals with proven skills in production-ready web systems.
• Advanced programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, or similar.
• A minimum of 2 years applying AI/ML/NLP technologies to solve practical problems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• An advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
• Experience with cloud-based, large-scale SaaS, and distributed architectures.
• Experience in technical sales roles or leading workshops.
• Experience delivering human-centered AI systems in production settings.
• Familiarity with modern data systems and Unix-based environments.
• Knowledge in domains such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, or distributed systems.
