Full Stack Java Developer
POSITION LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 / Cleveland, OH, 44136 / Dallas, TX, 75234
WORK ARRANGEMENT: 5 days onsite
Pay Rate: $60 to 65/hr. on W2 ONLY
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 12 Months Contract to Hire role
INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Full Stack Developer
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with back-end services.
Work with databases including MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS) for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Document technical designs, processes, and best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. (If in AI space) Contribute to AI/ML model integration, data pipeline development, and intelligent automation features.
MUST HAVE SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles.
2. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
3. Solid experience with Angular for building responsive web applications.
4. Hands-on expertise with MongoDB and Oracle databases.
5. Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
FLEX SKILLS:
1. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, frameworks, or projects.
2. Experience integrating AI models or intelligent automation into software products.
3. Python programming skills, especially for AI/ML or automation tasks.
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
5. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
7. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree Required
