Job Title: Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

Department: Information Systems & Technology

Reports To: Sr. Director of Analytics

FLSA Status: Exempt

The Sr. Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to drive business insights and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into machine learning solutions
• Optimize and scale machine learning models for production environments
• Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance
• Document and maintain machine learning workflows and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in machine learning and data science
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
