Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with expertise in machine learning and Python to join our team in Austin. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects, developing and deploying generative AI models and data-driven solutions. This is a hands-on position that requires strong programming skills, a deep understanding of ML concepts, and experience working with Python-based AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions using Python and ML frameworks.
Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for real-world applications.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
Stay current with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and machine learning.
Ensure code quality, reproducibility, and documentation of AI/ML workflows.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of professional experience in Python and machine learning.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
Strong programming skills in Python for data science and AI workflows.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and generative models.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

Experience in deploying AI/ML models to production.
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or other domain-specific AI techniques.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
Exposure to MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
