The Opportunity

As a member of the SAP Test Lead team, you will leverage your 7+ years of software testing experience, which includes working with various SAP ERP and CRM modules. In your role as a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex issues, provide mentorship to junior team members, and maintain rigorous standards in deliverables. Your responsibilities will include leading test preparations, execution, regression, and closure activities while analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and participating in test preparation, execution, and closure activities.
• Analyzing complex problems and providing strategic solutions.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Maintaining high standards in deliverables.
• Testing various SAP ERP and CRM modules.
• Analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Building and nurturing client relationships.
• Effectively utilizing firm methodologies and technology resources.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7 years of IT experience.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience in software testing with SAP ERP and CRM.
• Working knowledge of various SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP or SAP S4/HANA.
• Expertise in preparing, conducting, and documenting tests.
• Familiarity with test management tools.
• Understanding of Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics.
• Preferred: Loadrunner Professional Accreditations.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
