Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / Lead with strong expertise in LLMs (Large Language Models) and GCP to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead AI initiatives, work with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in machine learning and generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs (Large Language Models)
Build and deploy scalable solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from data ingestion to model deployment
Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for performance and accuracy
Develop APIs and microservices for AI-powered applications
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions
Ensure best practices in model governance, security, and scalability
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

Required Skills

Strong experience with Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.)
Experience with NLP, prompt engineering, and generative AI
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading AI/ML teams or projects
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
Knowledge of data engineering and large-scale data processing
Experience in enterprise AI implementations
