Big Data Engineer

Get Real with SynergisticIT

Already know everything in tech-but still not hired? Let's get real with SynergisticIT. So you've got the CS degree. You've built projects. You've mastered Java, Docker, Spring Boot, maybe thrown in some Kubernetes and AWS for good measure. You've racked up certificates, aced LeetCode challenges, and you know your way around system design like the back of your hand. On paper, you're everything a tech company wants.

Open roles we're hiring for our clients:

• Entry-Level Software Programmers (Java/Python)
• Java Full Stack Developers
• Data Analysts & BI Engineers
• Data Scientists & ML Engineers

All visa types and U.S. citizens are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates:

• Recent grads in CS, Engineering, Math, or Statistics
• Professionals seeking a career switch to tech
• Candidates with career gaps or lacking real-world experience
• Individuals looking to boost their skill portfolio for better job prospects

And yet... no offer. Or worse-no interviews. Here's the truth: tech skills alone don't get you hired anymore. What most "fully skilled" CS grads miss. You might know your stack, but can you communicate your value at the whiteboard? Can you walk a hiring manager through your API design decisions? Can you tailor your resume to pass ATS filters and stand out to a recruiter who's seen 100 other "Java + Spring Boot" resumes today? We've worked with thousands of smart, technically sharp grads-many of them as self-assured as you-who weren't getting offers because they hadn't bridged the final 10%. That last stretch isn't about knowledge. It's about messaging, positioning, and proof.

That's what SynergisticIT is built for. Even the best coders need these extras to get hired:

• Projects that show business context, not just technical complexity
• GitHub that speaks for you, with clean commits, readmes, and deployable apps
• Certifications that recruiters recognize, not just ones you collected
• Coaching to fine-tune how you talk through your code in interviews
• Connections to hiring partners who don't just care what you know-but what you can do starting Monday

The market's changed-have you? Top tech companies are flooded with smart grads. What gets you in the door now is real-world application, confidence in delivery, and the soft skills to own a room-or a Zoom. That's what we teach.

Don't take our word for it-see candidates who had the skills and still needed SynergisticIT to get hired.

We're building industry-grade engineers. From Spring Boot microservices deployed on AWS to data pipelines with Snowflake and Databricks, we help you polish your skillset and packaging so that when your résumé hits a hiring manager's desk-it sticks. Whether you're targeting Java dev, DevOps, data science, or AI-if you've "got the skills" but don't have the job-you don't have the whole picture yet. Let's round out your edge and get you hired. Start here to make the shift from "I know it all" to "I've got the offer."
