The Resources & Business analyst plays a critical role in ensuring EBIT teams are properly staffed, supported, and positioned for success, while maintaining strong alignment with budgetary and financial objectives. This role partners closely with EBIT leadership, managers, supervisors, Human Resources, and Finance to coordinate staffing plans, onboarding activities, interview logistics, and day-to-day resource needs. The position supports both direct EBIT hires and contracted support staff, with a focus on workforce cost management, forecasting, and data-driven resource planning. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track staffing plans to ensure alignment with EBIT business needs, hiring forecasts, and an approved budget
- Partner with EBIT managers, supervisors, HR, and Finance to coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling, workspace setup, and first-day readiness
- Track and analyze headcount, contractor usage, and workforce-related costs to support budgeting and forecast accuracy
- Maintain accurate records related to staffing, onboarding status, resource allocation, and associated cost impacts
- Support workforce planning and financial forecasting by identifying trends, risks, and variances related to staffing plans
- Support process improvements related to hiring coordination, onboarding efficiency, cost controls, and resource planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to anticipate upcoming staffing, workspace, and budget needs
- Assist with ad hoc projects related to workforce planning, operational support, and financial analysis
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; comfortable analyzing data and financial information
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through and accountability

Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Data Analytics, or Communications
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, finance, HR, or administrative support role
